Requirements

1. Install "node.js" software: https://github.com/joyent/node/wiki/Installing-Node.js-via-package-manager
2. Install node version manager (nvm): https://github.com/creationix/nvm
3. Install ruby version manager (rvm): http://rvm.io

Software

Open a new terminal and type:

1. sudo apt-get install ruby
2. nvm install 0.10.17
3. nvm alias default 0.10.17
4. npm install -g bower
5. npm install -g grunt
6. npm install -g grunt-cli
7. gem install sass -v 3.2.10
8. gem install compass

Development

• Copy the source theme to the custom "modules" folder.

cp -R /home/dspace/source/dspace/modules/xmlui-mirage2/src/main/webapp
