Introduction
Regular server maintenance involves the following activities:
Perform Software Upgrades
Email alerts are setup to warn the system administrator of required software security upgrades, which are then performed.
Check server backups
A check is made daily to see if backups for the previous day were successful.
Check server health
A check is made daily to see if the server has any capacity or performance problems.
