Introduction
Each collection can have a "template" for fast submissions. If certain metadata is common to submissions in a collection then create a template for that collection for submissions.
The template will "pre-fill" fields with the common metadata for submissions to that collection.
Click on "Edit Collection" and then click on "Create", see screenshot below.
