Step 11. Critical after installation tasks
This customisation does NOT involve the operational creation of communities and collections.
The creation of communities and collections is for the repository director/manager to determine.

Step 11.1
After the DSpace installation, the next step is to ensure that the following are completed as soon as possible.
- DAILY ADMIN
- REBUILD DSPACE
- REBUILD INDEXES
- RESTART DSPACE
- HANDLE SERVER
- INTERNET SECURITY
- DISASTER RECOVERY
Step 11.2
The following can be completed at a later stage.
