SECTION 3 - SUSTAINABILITY

1. Sustaining the repository over time will require significantly more technology resources than sustaining a traditional print collection of materials.
2. A directed and sustained effort should be made to build capacity by sourcing the technology skills and expertise locally, in order to be independent, in support of the repository.
