Step 11. Critical after installation tasks

After the DSpace installation, the next step is to ensure that the following are completed as soon as possible.

  1. DAILY ADMIN
  2. HANDLE SERVER
  3. INTERNET SECURITY

The following can be completed at a later stage, however system admin is your next top priority.

  1. SYSTEM ADMIN
  2. CUSTOMISATION

During installation and customisation you should have applied the system optimisations. Click here to check that you have.
