Step 1

Setup solr search URL in config file.

nano /home/dspace/dspace-1.7.2-src-release/dspace/config/dspace-solr-config

Make sure the solr URL is as follows by removing port 8080.

solr.search.server = http://localhost/solr/search

Restart tomcat

sudo /etc/init.d/tomcat6 stop
