All submissions are reviewed by the Collection Reviewer (SUNScholar Office) and are then checked by the library cataloguers for metadata correctness where after your submission will become public, if no embargo is applied.
If you do not receive feedback regarding your submission within a week, then please contact the SUNScholar Office at scholar@sun.ac.za to expedite your submission.
Below is an example of the review process assigned to a randomly selected Collection.
