When the limits of information transfers and downloads, prescribed by the Library's service providers, are exceeded, a client's access to the Library's subscription e-resources is suspended for 1 hour.

To query your suspension, send an e-mail to nmalherbe@sun.ac.za and include your SU student number / campus username.
