The Advanced Search page allows you to specify the fields you wish to search, and to combine these searches by adding filters.

Step 1 - Click on "Advanced Search"
Step 2 - Click on "Show Advanced Filters"
Step 3 - Define filters
There are several controls to use, see screenshot below for an example. Click on the down arrows in the boxes to view options.
Step 4 - Execute search
Click on the "Apply" button. See example search result screenshot below.
