To change your password please go to: http://www.sun.ac.za/useradm

- If your password doesn't work anymore, visit the same page http://www.sun.ac.za/useradm and select the Forgot password link. Enter your US number and ID number to continue. (Please note you can only reset your password yourself if you have previously provided your password reset questions and answers).
- Password reset via SMS is now available on http://my.sun.ac.za or http://www.mymaties.com and select the Forgot password link. (Please note that it will only work with pre-registered primary cell phone numbers on the Universities system. That means you can only use the cell phone number that is registered as your primary cell phone number on the universities systems and no other. The option will not be available if your primary cell phone number is empty and won’t send an SMS if the cell phone number does not correspond with the registered number).
