How can I print via the wifi from my laptop?

When On-campus, you will be able to print via the eduroam wireless network from your laptop to any of the Secure Pull Print printers in the libraries by using your student/staff card.

Download the script that you need to install on your laptop to be able to print:

Printer Setup guides for Safecom on MacOS, Ubuntu, MS Windows 


IMPORTANT:

  • Make sure you have the required printing credits on your student account
  • Choose the Safecom printer (STB_PRINT_Q01 on stbsc05.stb.sun.ac.za) from the printer list
  • Go to any Safecom printer in the library. TAB your student card on the printer's Safecom card reader (on top of the printer) to retrieve your document/s.
