Load Print credits issue or Print credits under 'Reserved' - follow the procedures below:
Please follow the procedures below:
- Report your load printing credit issue or the reset of your reserved printing credits to SU ICT Service Desk.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your reserved print credits have been successfully load/reset and are available again on your student account.
