Load Print credits issue or Print credits under 'Reserved' - follow the procedures below:
- Please report your print credit issue or the reset of your reserved print credits to SU ICT Service Desk.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your reserved print credits have been successfully reset and are available again on your student account.
To prevent 'Reserved' print credits: After tapping your student card on the printer's card reader, make sure you are LOGGED OUT before you tab at another printer.
