Step 11. Critical after installation tasks

Please consult the operational guide for the operational management of a research archive using DSpace software.

Step 11.1

After the DSpace installation, the next step is to ensure that the following are completed as soon as possible.

  1. DAILY ADMIN
  2. REBUILD INDEXES
  3. RESTART DSPACE
  4. REBUILD DSPACE
  5. HANDLE SERVER
  6. INTERNET SECURITY
  7. DISASTER RECOVERY
