Conventions used on SUNScholar

File Names

Use the following file naming convention:

authorname-firstwordoftitle-2012.docx

or if saving as a pdf file, which is preferred:

authorname-firstwordoftitle-2012.pdf

or if saving as an open document standards file, which is more preferred:

authorname-firstwordoftitle-2012.odt
